Walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift 600 m, slopes, ski rental 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
