Private: garden (not fenced). Fireplace. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15.2 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.

Beautiful resort, nice area

We stayed at this cute resort for three days, but wish we could have stayed more!
The apartman is mesmerizing! It is well designed and there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday!
The area is beautiful and calm, the view is amazing!
Just like in a romantic movie!
