For shared use: property 400 ha, garden (not fenced), natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (18 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Towel change (suppl. charge extra). 4 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: San Gimignano 45 km, Siena 50 km, Firenze 85 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner has a dog. 7 out of the 10 stone buildings of the hamlet have been renovated and made into 18 holiday flats and houses, in addition to the owner's house.
