Each apartment has its own kitchenette. In the estate there is also the restaurant which, upon reservation, can only be available to guests and the cellar with its room to be able to taste and buy typical Tuscan products, partly of its own production and Senese agri-food. Large working farm "Tenuta Le Beringhe". 9 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 34 km from the centre of Siena, in the countryside.
