Wonderful
Stayed here for 6 days in the first week of May.
2 couples based in 5A and 5M, the studio apartment although smaller has the better view.
You collect the keys from Garda a 5 minute drive away from Agency Montebaldo where the helpful Danielle will give you sheets and towels,no tea towels though.
The apartment is lovely. Spacious clean and functional and located 10 minute walk from the centre of Bardolino.
There's a Eurospar 5 minute drive away, drive onto the main road, turn left go under the bridge and is on your left.
The bathroom has the usual amenities but the shower is flat pack, it folds out from the wall and if you're a solid lump it's a tight fit.
Bed was comfortable but the pillows are not great.
I suppose the true reflection of a review is would we go back?
The answer is an unequivocal yes.

Vacanza Garda
Il residenze bellissimo immerso nel verde fra vigneti e uliveti, la piscina circondata dagli ulivi e veramente caratteristica, apprezzata dai bambini che non hanno esitato a tuffarsi. Gli appartamenti spaziosi, puliti e ben arredati. Consigliato per bambini, adiacente alla piscina c' è l'altalena e lo scivolo e anche un piccolo stagno con le tartarughe. A circa 300 metri dal centro di Bardolino.

Wohnung super basic und hellhörig
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, Hafen von Bardolino nur 15 Minuten Gehzeit. Pool und Garten schön, Wifi ok Parkplätze ok für ein Mini oder Fiat 500. Die Wohnung (nr.4) war super einfach ausgestattet mit im Wohnzimmer ein altes Schlafsofa und ein alter Tisch mit 4 Stuhlen. Sie Bild. Die Matratzen sind alt und wir sind 1 Tag früher abgereist, weil noch eine Nacht auf diese Matratzen war unmöglich. Die Heizungsanlage hängt im Wohnzimmer. Wohnung/Gebaude sehr Hellhörig

Pool und Garten sind die Stärke dieses Residences. Einige Wohnungen im ersten und zweiten Stock haben auch Seeblick.
Residence Ca‘ Bottrigo verfügt über draußen Parkplätze und einen riesigen Tiefgarage, die alle Gäste kostenlos benützen können.
Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht zufrieden waren. Unsere Möbel sind mehr funktional als luxuriös. Wir entschuldigen uns auch, dass Sie nicht gut geschlafen haben. Jedes Jahr renovieren wir die verschiedenen Wohnungen aber leider ist es nicht einfach die Gefallen aller Gäste zu erfüllen.
Wir hoffen dass Sie eine trotz gute Erinnerung mit nach Hause gebracht haben.

Ruhig gelegen aber nicht zu Abseits
Tolles Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Essecke. Unbezahlbar sind der Blick über Olivenbäume und Wein auf den Gardasee. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt und am See. Zum Haus gehört ein Pool (15m) und eine große Wiese.

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.
Die Wohnung ist allgemein zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Zustand ist als gut bis sehr gut einzustufen.
Kleine Gebrauchspuren sind vorhanden. Es ist wichtig, dass ev. Mängel bei der Agentur innert wenigen Stunden nach der Übergabe ( per Mail ist auch möglich ) gemeldet werden.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut, ist für mich jedoch nicht gross von Wichtigkeit.
Der Garten ist gepflegt, und soweit erkennbar auch das Aussenbecken.
Parkiermöglichkeiten hat es genügend.
Zu Fuss ist man in guten 10 Minuten am Rand von der Innenstadt.
Allgemein waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung.
Wir würden dort wieder eine Wohnung buchen.
