Beautiful country house "Casa Judith", surrounded by trees and fields. 2 houses in the resort. 17 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, 10 km from the centre of Marina di Grosseto, 12 km from the centre of Grosseto, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Grosseto" 13 km, ferry "Piombino" 50 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 10 km. Marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 800 m. Castiglione della Pescaia by bike approx. 8.5 km. On the property another, occasionally used holiday cottage of the owners and a hayloft.
