Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3.5 km from the centre of Vicchio, 37 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position, 23 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 350 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
