STELLA
All’ingresso lo sguardo è catturato dalla grande e caratteristica volta a stella che a questo alloggio regala il nome e che è stata posta in risalto grazie al caldo colore del tufo locale con cui è stata realizzata. Il corpo di fabbrica è un ampliamento ottocentesco del preesistente nucleo antico. Si tratta di una camera matrimoniale con servizio privato, dotata di piccolo frigo, climatizzatore, TV, wifi, spazio esterno privato attrezzato e circondato dal verde. E’ possibile anche alloggiare una coppia con bambino piccolo, essendoci lo spazio sufficiente per un lettino aggiunto. Misura circa 17 mq più il bagno.

È una stanza molto ampia, frutto di un ampliamento risalente alla metà dell’800 del nucleo più antico. L’abbiamo chiamata così in ossequio alla tipica pianta ornamentale posta all’ingresso dell’alloggio. Va bene anche per una famiglia con due bambini perché contiene un pratico letto a castello che all’occorrenza può anche essere sdoppiato. Misura circa 28 mq più il bagno. E’ fornita di frigo, climatizzatore, TV, wifi ed uno spazio esterno privato, immerso nel verde del giardino, attrezzato con tavolino e sedie.
La Iucca è una sistemazione fresca e accogliente, dove si respira la storia dell’arte contadina del Salento. Le pareti sono talmente spesse da accogliere i classici armadi a muro rifiniti con estrema semplicità e decoro utilizzando il calore del legno di ulivo locale.

IL CAMINETTO
Era un piccolo ricovero per i contadini del luogo impegnati nei lavori agricoli e vanta un caratteristico caminetto in pietra, ancora oggi perfettamente funzionante, da cui prende il nome l’attuale alloggio. Entrando si può immaginare l’atmosfera di un tempo: l’antico caminetto con la soglia in pietra leccese scaldava i cuori e gli animi di chi un tempo soffriva la fame e il freddo. Oggi è diventato un accogliente appartamentino bilocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, piccolo frigo, TV, wifi e climatizzatore. Ideale per famiglia di 3 componenti, misura circa 28 mq più il bagno. L’ampio portico di accesso privato è vivibile e fresco d’estate.
LA VECCHIA STALLA
È un corpo di fabbrica ottocentesco crollato negli anni 70 del secolo scorso e ricostruito. Era adibito a ricovero degli animali, da cui il nome. Purtroppo delle originarie caratteristiche architettoniche e costruttive non era rimasto quasi niente e ci siamo limitati a riproporne le originarie fattezze. Si tratta di un appartamentino bilocale, con angolo cottura attrezzato, piccolo frigo, TV, wifi e climatizzatore. Ideale per famiglia da 4-5 persone, misura circa 40 mq più il bagno.
Locale appartato, aggiunto al nucleo antico originario, è spesso scelto per la sua privacy. Un vialetto in conci di tufo delle locali cave, ci introduce al grande pergolato sostenuto da colonne quadrate in tufo e caratterizzato da travature in legno di pino. La frescura è garantita dal folto rampicante di bignonia e dal lucidissimo viburno. Appena al di là del tavolino tramonta il caldo sole del Salento.

2 SingleLA PAJARA
È frutto di un ampliamento realizzato nel 2002 e prende il nome dal tipo di rivestimento in pietra utilizzato per le pareti esterne, caratteristico degli innumerevoli trulli rurali salentini chiamati appunto “pajare” nel dialetto locale. Si tratta di una camera matrimoniale molto luminosa dotata di servizio privato, piccolo frigo, TV, wifi e climatizzatore. Misura circa 16 mq più il bagno. Lo spazio esterno privato è attrezzato e immerso nel verde del giardino. Il rivestimento laterale in tipica pietra calcarea è una caratteristica costruttiva che da queste parti non hanno mai dimenticato di eseguire a perfetta regola d’arte, sin dall’antichità.
La finestrella con gli scuri in legno di ulivo che perfora l’ampia parete in pietra offre, all’apertura, uno scenario godibile sul giardino fiorito.
Anche qui non manca il decoro e la semplicità, quasi a ricalcare le locali abitudini di vita di un tempo.
