Motor access to 500 m from the house. 500 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 750 m. Marina 750 m, golf course (9 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 12 km, Locarno 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house is only accessible on a formerly mule path (not suitable for pushchairs), from the church in Cannero -here parking space- approx. 7-10 min. uphill.
