Raj Mandir boutique home Stay is a 250 year old haveli, set in Jodhpur that offers free WiFi, 200 m from Mehrangarh Fort.

  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Fantastic 100% stay at Raj Mandir
Beautiful restored historic Haveli of 450 years in the same family for countless generations managed by very helpful staff who also provided a fantastic in-house guide Avi for this experience. The family owns three Haveli’s close to one another and takes enormous pride in preserving culture and customers satisfaction. The Haveli has an in-house top floor restaurant serving excellent breakfast, lunch and evening meal options. The views to the Fort are breathtaking and we felt very comfortable. Bathrooms, bedding and the entire establishment is super clean. We cannot recommend more highly and would return again without hesitation. Location is also well suited to exploration by foot or a quick tuk tuk to the Clock Tower Market and surrounding city.

A charming place and delicious personnel
We spent 2 nights in Raj Mandir hotel in Rajasthan . When You pop out of the tuk tuk you wonder whether you are on the right place as the surroundings are so noisy and croweded. But when you enter Raj Mandir, you are imlediately caught by the charm of the place. The view of the roof top is great, the rooms have a lot of character, the food is excellent, but above all the kindness of the personnel, led by Avi , the hotel manager, is absolutely delicious !

Comfortable and value for money
In the heart of the blue city. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Great views from the rooftop restaurant where you can see the famous fort. Close to major attractions by rickshaw (note, cars cannot drive in the old town so we had to get out of our car and get a rickshaw to reach the hotel).

A découvrir sans hésiter.
Ce fut notre deuxième hôtel en Inde qui nous a beaucoup plu même si en y arrivant on peut avoir un peu peur car il est situé dans une ruelle un peu glauque. Mais passée cette première impression le résultat est positif. L’accueil est super agréable. La décoration des chambres est superbe et la vue sur la forteresse imprenable du roof top. Il propose un service de restauration que nous avons testé : bon, simple et pas cher. L’un des points forts est la disponibilité et la gentillesse du patron et de son équipe. Tout le monde se plie en 4 pour vous être agréable. Très appréciable. On recommande !

Meilleur hôtel du Rajasthan
Merci pour tout ! Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont tous très gentils , donnent de super (honnêtes) conseils , ce qui n'est pas toujours évident dans les hôtels en Inde. La cuisine est délicieuse vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliment décorées.
Merci à toute l'equipe et nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir sind begeistert. Preis/Leistung ist Top.
Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Centrum ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus ist blau wie es für diese Stadt berühmt ist.

Surtout pour la chambre...
Etablissement situé dans une impasse peu engageante de la vieille ville, avec détritus et sol défoncé, une fois passé cet obstacle, l'établissement est agréable, ma chambre avec balcon sans vu, était très confortable et super meublée dans le style local, salle de bain moderne également, grand lit, clim, eau chaude au ballon, par contre pas de frigo et la Wifi n'a fonctionné qu'un jour sur trois ! Bien demandé pour le nettoyage de la chambre, les employés glandouillent toute la journée !

Par contre je déconseille le restaurant au sommet avec vu sur le Fort, peu de choix et la cuisine y est très moyenne, petit déjeuner également à revoir...Il y a bien mieux dans le quartier.

Prix très doux en cette période déjà chaude dans le Rajasthan.

Good room...many steps !
The hotel is located in the old town and you can reach it only by tuctuc. Our room, n° 102, was nice, but you have 66 steps more to reach the terrace. Overthere you'll have breakfast and dinner ( too dark ), and a great view to the cock.....if you'll survive at the steps !!!
Of course it's not a hptel for....aged people, sorry. I, in my first 66, got some difficoult with so many steps, but I did it everyday.
Warning !!! If you don't say to reception, in the morning, before leaving, to replace the room, they will not do it !!!
The owner is a good man and he promissed to improve the lights at terrace, put a carpet in the shower, more shampoo and body wash, tissue in the room.
Cheque it if you'll be there !

Comfortable homely stay with fantastic view of the fort
We stayed at Raj Mandir hotel for 3 nights in February. It’s located in the heart of the Blue City, which means it is within walking distance to the fort and all the old sites. FYI – it also means it is only accessible via auto from the station/ airport etc since cars can’t traverse the narrow lanes of the old city, so keep that in mind if you are driving or renting a car yourself. The rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant on the top floor provides convenient access to meals/ tea/ coffee. The food is so-so, so there is an opportunity for the hotel to improve. The highlight of the hotel is its view of the Jodhpur Fort, whether from your own room’s balcony or from the terrace, the unconquered Jodhpur Fort makes an impressive site night or day. Special thanks to Avi; the receptionist who provided great customer service and made our stay comfortable and homely. He also booked a professional taxi service for us to go to Jaisalmer. Recommended for those who want to stay in the heart of Jodhpur and don’t mind being in Jodhpur without a car.

Ottima sistemazione
Questa haveli ristrutturata è stata un'autentica sorpresa.
Camera molto caratteristica e d'atmosfera per un prezzo molto buono. La nostra aveva anche un grazioso balcone.
Posizione invidiabile proprio all'interno della città vecchia e comunque non così rumorosa grazie ai vetri doppi.
Il roof top con vista sul forte è davvero una chicca.
Il personale è molto gentile, per noi davvero un'ottima sistemazione.
Solo la cucina è da migliorare.

Très bon hôtel, très propre! Le personnel est très présent et aux petits soins.
Eau chaude, c'est non négligeable en Inde surtout sur la période février mars où les matins sont frais !
En plein centre de la ville bleue à 10 min de la tour de l horloge.
Comme pour tous les hôtel de la vielle ville les Taxis ne peuvent pas y arriver mais les touk touk vous y conduiront sans problème pour 150 roupies !
Le meilleur hôtel de nos 18 jours en Inde ! Une merveille !

Un vero gioiello con vista
Questa struttura in perfetto stile locale si trova nel centro storico di Jodhpur e ci si arriva solo con i Tuk Tuk. Struttura molto bella con camere ampie in classico stile locale molto curate e confortevoli.
Bagno grande con doccia, pulizia accurata come tutti i dettagli che fanno di questa struttura un Hotel Boutique. Colazione servita come la cena sul terrazzo all'ultimo piano con una vista strepitosa sul Forte.
Molto buona la scelta nel menù come le pietanze.

Un ottimo Hotel - consigliato
Ho pernottato in questa struttura con la mia ragazza una sola notte precisamente il 12 febbraio 2020, hotel nascosto in una strada, personale gentile educato e disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, inoltre, al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che mo avrebbero offerto una camera superiore senza supplemento di costo, rispetto al prezzo pagato durante la mia prenotazione,nonché una camera standard. Difatti camera bellissima e ampia coloratissima, bagno ok, e soprattutto un balconcino privato che con vista forte, Bellissima. Da non tralasciare il fattore pulizia, noi l'abbiamo trovata pulita. Vivamente consigliato!

Mitten drin!
Wie schon beschrieben: das Hotel ist nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Tuk Tuk, am besten vom Clock Tower, zu erreichen. Wer Enge und Lautstärke nicht mag ist hier falsch. Wir lieben das. Zimmer sind absolut ok, ok, Steckdosen funktionieren nicht immer und auch sonst ist natürlich nicht alles auf europäischen Standard, klar, aber die Lage, der Blick, das Personal und speziell das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse: absolut toll und sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ben curato e ottima vista
Situato in una haveli, immersa nel tipico blu della città, all’interno molto curata nei dettagli e sicuramente pulita. Camera con stretto terrazzino ma perfetto per sedersi a bere una birra di fronte al forte di Jodhpur! Stanza spaziosa e molto carina. Il ristorante sul rooftop gode di una vista magnifica sia per la cena che per la colazione, anche se non tutti i piatti sono buoni, bisogna essere fortunati e scegliere quelli giusti. Sicuramente un buonissimo hotel!

Precioso
Estuvimos hace unas noches 3 amigas y nos toco una habitación preciosa y muy amplia con un wc muy completo y con ducha como dios manda. Además de una pequeña terraza con vistas.

La verdad es que es uno de los hoteles de los que mejor recuerdo tenemos. Es cierto que está un poco escondido y que para llegar la mayor parte de veces cogíamos tuk tuk, pero volvería sin dudarlo.

Mi pega: en la terraza superior es perfecta para cenar y desayunar lo malo es que los dueños tienen una pica para lavarse las manos donde se lavan y escupen mientras tu comes y es muy desagradable.

Semplicemente stupendo.
L’ingresso delle via, un po’ particolare e caratteristico, nascondono l’ingresso di questo palazzo tipo della città. All’interno una perla. Stanze favolose arredate in modo tradizionale. La mia stanza, la 107, ha un terrazzino favoloso. In caso, il roof top dell’hotel ha una vista mozzafiato sul forte e sulla città. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile.
Lo consiglio a tutti. Davvero bello e posizione top!

El hotel está bastante bien. La única pega es que la calle de entrada al mismo está nuy sucia, aunque eso no es responsabilidad del hotel.
La cama era bastante cómoda y el baño estaba bien con toallas limpias, secador de pelo etc.

Beau petit hôtel mais service à améliorer
Beau petit boutique hôtel dans la vieille ville (ruelle peu engageante pour s’y rendre, il faut enjamber le tas d’ordure au coin de l’hôtel mais l’intérieur est très sympa). Les chambres sont jolies et propres.
Le restaurant était en rénovation, n’avons donc pas pu tester le roof top.
Seul problème : le service est à revoir. Le gérant est très sympa mais ses employés ne suivent pas. Sommes restés 2 nuits et la chambre n’a pas été faite. Nous avons demandé du papier toilette que nous n’avons jamais eu...

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel direkt beim Fort gelegen
Wunderschoen stylisch dekoriertes mit vielen kleinen Details versehenes kleines Mittelklasshotel. Das sauberste und schoenste Hotel (sogar mit Foen und Heizung) auf unserer gesamtrn Nordindienreise. Ideal gelegen direkt unter drm Fort in einer Seitengasse der Altstadt. Schoenes Rooftoprestaurant mit Blick zum Fort. Der Hotelier ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

Supper gelegen in Old City der blauen Stadt - ein sehr gutes Guesthouse für den Aufenthalt in Jodhpur. Ein SEHR schönes Zimmer und die tolle Dachterrasse haben mir eine Auszeit von den belebten und lauten Gassen der Altstadt ermöglicht. Alle Angestellten super freundlich. Ganesh hat sich besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich um uns gekümmert. Auch als wir von unserem Ausflug von Jaisalmer wieder ins Guesthouse Raj Mandir zurück gekehrt sind war Ganesh für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse zur Stelle.
Ein Dank an alle im Raj Mandir, die unsere Nordindien Reise so einfach gemacht haben. Karin, Switzerland

Ein Traum in Blau
Dieses sehr schöne Gästehaus liegt in der Altstadt von Jodhpur.
Sehr versteckt und etwas schwierig zu finden. Da wir einen Fahrer hatten und nicht mit dem Auto heran kamen, mussten wir vom Clock Tower ein TukTuk nehmen, was aber kein Problem war.
Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, jedes Detail stimmt.
Von der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein traumhafter Blick
auf das Meherangarh Fort.
Zu Fuss sind es etwa 25-30 Min. zum Clock Tower.
Vor der Tür sind jederzeit TukTuk‘s verfügbar.
Das Frühstück kann man auf der Dachterrasse einnehmen.
Auf Wunsch werden Omelette‘s zubereitet.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Perfecto
Bueno, bonito y barato. La ubicación en el barrio azul, la zona de al rededor si lo que quieres ver es la zona azul, casas, mercados...genial, si buscas estar al lado del fuerte, no, para nosotras estaba genial ya que era un pequeño paseo.
El hotel un pelin escondido pero no nos costó mucho encontrarlo. En cuanto al hotel en general, perfecto. Nosotras eramos 4 y teníamos dos habitaciones que estaban comunicadas por ''una puerta secreta''. Contábamos con aire acondicionado, secador, toallas... todo tipo de lujos para los hoteles que veníamos estando. La verdad que nos salió un poco más caro que otros, pero para nada era un hotel caro ni que no mereciera la pena pagar. Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y amplias y los descansillos y zonas comunes también. Desde la terraza de arriba hay una vista increíble del fuerte. El punto malo es que no tenía ascensor, pero no si quiera lo tendría en cuenta. lo recomiendo al 100%

Buena terraza
El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades. No cuenta con elevador. El personal amable y el restaurante variado y buena vista de la ciudad. La entrada de la calle (aunque no es responsabilidad del hotel ) esta muy sucia, como todo el alrededor. La ubicación no la recomiendo.
