Private: property 650 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, beach volleyball, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table. Stepped path to the house. Public parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Apúlia" 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
