A little dream: your own house by the sea. The Alassio Beach House is located in a quiet side street just 20 metres from the sea. You can see the sea from the garden gate and, thanks to the ultra-quiet Bali style fans, you can also hear it when the wind blows from the south. Away from the party noise, but right in the centre of the action. Perfect for walking barefoot from the house to the early morning swim. More than 100 restaurants are within walking distance. The small centre house has an entrance area with LED TV, fireplace and sofa, a small kitchen and a bistro table for 4 people. The kitchen has everything your heart desires: Induction cooker, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.there are insgeasmt 3 small balconies and terraces: In the entrance a cosy Prosecco lounge with comfortable cushions. Behind the kitchen a small terrace for drying laundry. And upstairs an espresso balcony with extra soft artificial turf, the steps up to the upper floor are actually more of a show staircase. Illuminated with dimmable LED show lighting, the sound of the sea can be heard as soon as you pass the motion detector. On the upper floor, the beach house style continues: with a small fireplace and TV room, where the two guest beds can be folded out on request, via the shower room to the colonial-style bedroom with Bali fan and banana plantation photo wallpaper.
