Private: property 1'300 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 135 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Barbecue (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach 9 km, rocky beach 9 km. Marina 9 km. The swimming pool for private use (40 m2, depth 135 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) is a natural swimming pool with a water depth of 35 cm in some places, which makes it suitable for children.
