Private: natural state property. Patio, fireplace. 60 m long motor access to the grounds. 34 m footpath (22 steps) to the house. Public parking 600 m on the road. Grocery 7.2 km, restaurant 7.2 km, bakery 7.2 km, bus stop "Brissago Posta" 7.2 km, railway station "SBB-CFF" 17.7 km, ferry "Brissago" 7.3 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Brissago Inseln, Falconeria Locarno, Mercato Cannobio IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Mqggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Bosco Sacro di Mergugno, Monti di Brissago, Cardada. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. In the hamlet of Pimpisnino there is almost no parking space, 600m further up the road there are limited parking spaces, this is where the hiking paradise begins! NO electrical devices may be used.
