Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Outdoor pool with hydromassage. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
