We offer two barbecues for common use equipped with table and wooden benches, shared between the houses La Congosta and Montegrande. This ensures that there is always one available for your use so that you will not miss out on a delicious meal outdoors.

Barbecue near the houses: Ideal if you prefer the convenience of having it just a few steps away.
Barbecue with spectacular views: Just 50 metres away, at the end of our street, you will enjoy wonderful views while you cook outdoors.

Living room with fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to give free rein to your culinary skills and make you feel at home (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, washing machine, blender, Italian coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses,...). In winter you can cuddle up with your partner and relax while enjoying the charm of the fire in the wood cooker that gives the room a warm and authentic atmosphere, or enjoy watching a movie on the 40″ flat TV with HDMI and USB connection. First floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Bedroom: Very comfortable bed with comfortable 150 cm mattress, bed linen, blankets and duvets, small armchair bed of 102 cm x 182 cm for 1 child. And private jacuzzi to enjoy a moment of total relaxation.

Full bathroom: For an even more special experience we have a shower, where you can relax at the end of the day, after spending the day touring the area and doing activities.
