The structure we propose as a detached house is made up of two real estate units, the main house and the annex. The two units communicate with each other only from the outside. Child friendly, cosy, rustic terraced house "Casa di Nena", 300 m a.s.l.. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Salapreti 3 km from the centre of Camaiore, 11 km from the centre of Viareggio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 11 km from the sea, 11 km from the beach. Private: garden 18 m2 with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Viareggio" 11 km, sandy beach 11 km, public bathing area 11 km. No internal connecting door between the separated properties.
