The house has on the ground floor a living room with pellet stove and dining area, a toilet, an open kitchen and a garden terrace with table and chairs, as well as a completely fenced private garden.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds as well as the bathroom. In front of the house there is a parking lot for one car.
The holiday home is less than 3 km from the beach. In 8 km you find the golf course Empordà Golf, in 15 km the Pals Golf and in 5 km the Pitch & Putt of Gualta. The tennis club is 900 metres away.
