Private: property 1'000 m2, terraced garden with trees. 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road, ramp). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at 150 m. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3 km, pebble beach "San Vito" 3.3 km. Marina 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Barca Lariana, Chiesa di S.Martino, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Chiesa San Domenico-Cremia, Rifugio La Canua. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Access via a steep concrete ramp (approx. 180m wide) plus a short gravel path, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Small cars can be parked 20m from the house while the others about 150m.

Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the veranda. Solar power. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Wood stove in the corridor of the raised ground floor. The refrigerator works on gas. A solar panel supplies the house with electricity (voltage 12 V), the quantity is limited.
