The solid holiday home for single occupancy for max. 4 people is located directly in the Diemelsee Nature Park near Willingen. It is ideal for a family or two couples. The living space of the house is spread over two floors. Three separate bedrooms: ground floor: 1 bedroom with a single bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds (upstairs: third bedroom with double bed), 2 living-dining rooms, open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms (WC, shower) offer guests plenty of space. All living areas are very well maintained. The holiday home is equipped with SAT/TV, CD and radio. The open-plan kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and plenty of crockery. The large terrace is equipped with a garden fireplace and garden furniture. There is a car parking space at the entrance to the holiday home. A car parking space is available for bicycles. The lake, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, boat hire, stand up paddling hire, playground, mini golf course and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The well-known winter sports resort Willingen with many leisure activities is located 16 km from the holiday home.VAKANTIEHUIS located just 16 km from WILLINGEN (Sauerland) ideal for a DIEMELSEE - SHORT HOLIDAY IN SAUERLAND.
