Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (20 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 950 m. Please note: suitable for families.
