Remezzo Villa description and facilitiesThe villa can accommodate twenty eight (24)guests.The whole building offer four apartments and a large house with 8 bedrooms, 3 living rooms with kitchen facilities, five bathrooms (four with shower and one with bath tub). The whole property can accommodate 14 guests at the bedrooms, plus another 10 quests in sofa beds.Beds description – five queen size double beds – five single beds – five single sofa beds.Building and house approx. 300sqm Swimming pool approx. 40sqm

General information of the Villa and the Area.Kavros village (the village where we are physically located) is a well-known touristic village who belong to the Municipality of Apokoronas, Chania Prefecture.You will find all that you might need in a distance of 20 up to 500 meters from Kavros Pleasure.Super markets and stores open daily from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m., including weekends.The petrol station is open daily from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.There is also a fast food restaurant open 24 hour a day.Bakery and butcher shop are open daily from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.The pharmacy stays open Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. In the nearby town of Georgioupolis, just 5 km from Island Suites, there is another pharmacy that stays open daily from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.The local medical doctor can be found at his office during most of the days just next to the Villa. In case of emergency, you can also call him at his mobile phone; the number is written at the door of his office.Car rental and bike rental offices and the bookstore are open from 9.00 a.m. until late at night.In the village of Kavros there is a number of taverns and restaurants, open for lunch and dinner until late at night.
