Holiday home with swimming pool and breathtaking views over Policastro Bay and the hills of Scario This holiday home is located in the hills of Scario, between San Giovanni a Piro and Scario, "the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea" with one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy. This guest house is located in the Cilento National Park, which belongs to World Heritage. It is surrounded by olive trees, mountains and hills.

There are large terraces. One covered terrace has shade only; lovely and cool in summer, ideal for outdoor dining. There are also several seating areas and a 5x10-metre swimming pool with 4 sun loungers and a parasol. From here you have breathtaking views over the sea, mountains and hills. The garden is 10000 m² with olive trees, vines, fruit trees and wild flowers, including wild orchids. There is optimum privacy. When the guest house is rented out, the main house is not rented out. Private use of the swimming pool and private use of all covered and uncovered terraces.

Ground floor 90m²: Modernly furnished luxury living/dining room with sofa and armchairs, dining table and 6 chairs. Flat-screen TV and air conditioning in all rooms. A modern Italian Boffi kitchen with 4 induction hobs, oven and microwave, with large Smeg fridge. Sliding doors to terrace with stunning views of olive trees and the sea. One bedroom has a 1.80-metre-wide bed, the other has two 0.90-metre beds. Both spacious bedrooms are modernly decorated and have a sliding door to the terrace. Also overlooking the sea and pool. One bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet. The other bathroom: shower, washbasin and toilet. Downstairs is a large room with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a room with washing machine and dryer.

Scario is 4 km away. It has a promenade, harbour, bars, restaurants and ice cream bars. It is an idyllic town with beautiful beaches. Some sandy beaches can only be reached by boat. There are also boats for rent. Furthermore, you can take lovely walks, near the house and along the sea, such as the Sapri 'amore path'. This part of Italy is still authentic, you won't find mass tourism here. Scario also has a supermarket and several nice shops. Other excursions include Paestum, Maratea, Salerno, Sorento, the Amalfi coast, Naples and Pompeii.
