A hallway with guest WC and cloakroom leads to the open-plan kitchen/dining area, which has a special ambience thanks to a glass fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the house.
The adjoining utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as various kitchen appliances.
Two bedrooms also lead off this open-plan area. The first bedroom is equipped with a TV and real wood furniture in a country house style and leads to the bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and walk-in rain shower.

The holiday home is a perfect starting point for day trips (Heidepark Soltau, Soltau-Therme, Vogelpark Walsrode, Serengeti-Park Hodenhagen, Dinosaurierpark Münchehagen, Steinhuder Meer). Well-developed and signposted cycle paths invite you to go on extended tours in the surrounding area.
A natural adventure pool, tennis courts and a playground are within walking distance. Shopping facilities for groceries are in the immediate neighbourhood.

The spaciousness and expansiveness of the house and garden make the holiday home ideal for couples and families looking for peace and relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere, but who want to reach family-friendly excursion destinations in a short time.
