A well-equipped and modern semi-detached holiday apartment in the Ukkohalla resort area.
The apartment’s floor area is 68 m² + a 23 m² loft (built in 2007). The space is divided into three levels (note: steep stairs).
Living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, loft, fireplace room, sauna, bathroom/WC, separate WC, balcony and terrace. The bedrooms have 2 single box-spring beds and a 120 cm double bed.
There is a sofa bed in the fireplace room. The loft has 4 mattresses.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
The stairs are equipped with safety gates to protect toddlers and pets from falling.
Equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday use: dishes, utensils, baking paper and other basic supplies are ready for use, making cooking easy.
Downstairs there is a drying cabinet and a 9 kg washing machine (detergent included), making everyday life smooth even after outdoor activities or longer trips.
In the outdoor storage there is an 8A electric car charger, included in the rental price.
Remote work and internet
The loft has a fully equipped remote work station (height-adjustable electric desk and a high-quality 27” 4K monitor), making remote work effortless.
The cottage has a very fast 5G connection that remains reliable even when the general mobile network in Ukkohalla becomes congested (e.g., winter holidays and Easter). Streaming and video calls always run smoothly!
The Wi-Fi password can be found on the access point located in the loft.
