Our cosy log cabin "Haus Kranichblick" is located in a holiday home settlement surrounded by greenery and Pomeranian forest landscape on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It therefore guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. Time out in the countryside - an ideal holiday resort at any time of year away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. spend your holiday in our lovingly designed "Haus Kranichblick". The property covers 520 m² and the living space in the house is approx. 100 m². t. On the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen (if something is missing, we will take care of it), the living room with a couch and a nice, cosy fireplace, a bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer as well as a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and another bedroom with 2 single sinks and a washbasin. The ground floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great barbecue evenings. There are garden chairs with adjustable backrests and cushions for sunbathing and a column air grill. The garden invites you to play, relax, linger and unwind, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom for 2 people and access to our large, beautiful balcony with views of the Bodden and an animal observation post. Of course, a high chair and travel cot are available for the little ones.

Due to the private road, only a few foreign cars stray into the estate, so it is possible to let your children roam the area largely unsupervised. New friendships are often formed while romping through the woods and meadows. The plots are all so large that you can retreat and unwind. The diverse architectural styles of the houses are interesting to look at and create a well-balanced neighbourhood. The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path, located directly in front of the estate, takes you around the entire Bodden, approximately 80 kilometres. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Bodstedt: The small harbour with its typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenboote, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September, and there is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it. The village has three small restaurants serving fresh fish and fried potatoes. The fisherman supplies holidaymakers and locals with fresh and smoked fish every day. The Bodden and the Baltic Sea are an attractive area for water sports enthusiasts and there are countless activities on offer.
