The cottage is situated on a cul-de-sac on the extreme right-hand side of the hillside settlement of Radslav, an idyllic, quiet weekend/holiday home settlement belonging to the village of Cerna v Posumavi. It is situated in an elevated position, approx. 150 metres above Lake Lipno, with a particularly magnificent view of a large area of the lake. The beautiful, long sandy beach is a maximum of around 400 metres from the house, can be reached on foot in an even shorter distance and is also absolutely suitable for the little ones, as the shore area is shallow

May I introduce you to our charming little house at's Herz legen.... eine Oase der Erholung und Entspannung,~ 150 m vom Lipno bzw. Moldaustausee entfernt. Dieses Juwel liegt in fantastischer, ruhiger Lage am Rande von Radslav, einer wunderschön gelegenen Siedlung an einem der schönsten Sandstrände des Sees. Im Haus selbst wohnen Sie auf 77 m2, die sich auf einen geräumigen Eingangsbereich, einem großen, hellen und sehr einladenden Aufenthaltsraum, ein WC, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und im Obergeschoss auf 2 sonnige, Seesicht bietende Mansarden-Schlafzimmer aufteilt, wovon der 1. Raum ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind keine Platzwunder, das sei hier auch angemerkt. Die dem Wohnbereich angeschlossene Terrasse bietet Ihnen weitere 18 m2 Freiraum. Der Eingangsbereich bietet Ihnen nebst Garderobe auch ausreichend Stauraum für sämtliche Gepäckstücke. Der heimelige Wohnbereich wurde, nachdem wir das Häuschen 2019 erwarben, im Herbst 2020 dann völlig neu eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Dieser Raum beinhaltet eine praktische Küche, mit einem 4 Platten Gasherd samt Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und allem nützlichen Utensil, einen großen Tisch, 2 stoffbezogene Bänke, 3 bequeme, moderne Stühle und eine Leseecke samt stylischem Sessel und Stehlampe, eine gemütliche, heimelige sowie platzbietende Wohnzimmersitzgarnitur, Couchtisch und Satelliten-TV. Der inmitten im Raum platzierte Kaminofen (Anmerkung: Holz wird Ihnen für den ersten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt, bei weiterem Bedarf obliegt die Beschaffung beim Mieter - so ist es in dieser Region allgemein Brauch) mit seinem steinverkleideten Kamin ist der Hingucker schlechthin und trägt, neben den Trambalken, zu einem ganz besonderen Ambiente in diesem Raum bei. Es ist aber auch die einzige Heizquelle, es sind keine Heizkörper vorhanden und das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung. Ein kleines, helles und freundliches Bad mit Dusche und Außenfenster, sowie ein schönes WC ergänzen die Räume im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss stehen Ihnen dann 2 sonnige, lichtdurchflutete Mansardenschlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten (a' 80 cm), which could also be pushed together if desired, various lighting and chests of drawers are available. All the windows on the upper floor are fitted with pleated blinds to prevent excessive heat from the sun and to guarantee darkness at night.
The lake-facing windows, most of which are fitted with insect screens, offer you a breathtaking view of a large area of the lake and the surrounding natural environment. On the terrace, too, this view seems almost limitless and you can feel the freedom and light-heartedness up close, with an open fire pit at the rear of the property, which invites you to barbecue sausages, stick bread, marshmallows, etc.... Just a few metres from the front door is a cosy spot, a platform with a wooden seating set complete with parasol and high-quality kettle barbecue. A further addition to the outdoor facilities is the new Hollywood swing, which will be available from spring 2023 and from which you will again have a stunning view of the lake. There is also a 4-piece mosaic seating area and 2 comfortable and easily transportable loungers. You can place these wherever you like in a cosy, sunny or shady spot, which you are sure to find around the house. A SUP and a kayak also enrich the inventory, shorten your time on the water and increase the fun factor enormously. And... so that you don't have to constantly carry it to the water and back to the house, it is stored directly on the beautiful sandy beach in a private berth. From there, it's just a few metres to the water. An absolute sensation!

The nearby shore area, which could not be more natural, is just 150 metres away. The marvellous sandy beach, which is almost unique in this region, is around 400 m away. It can be reached on foot in an even shorter distance via the estate's footpaths. The nearest restaurants are just 100 metres away, with others 1 km, 1.5 km and 4 km away in the village of Cerna v Posumavi. In the summer months, Cerna v Posumavi also has a funfair, an open-air cinema, a petting zoo, a mini-golf course and a high ropes course. You can also hire bicycles there and anglers can stock up on various items, while water sports (canoeing, sailing, surfing) are available 3 km away.
