Inside the accommodation, comfortable leather furniture and a warm open fire create a cosy and relaxed ambience. Take a seat on the cosy leather sofa and admire the sweeping views of the countryside through the panoramic windows. A flat-screen TV with internet TV and is available for evening entertainment, while the massive beamed bed (160 cm x 200 cm) guarantees sweet dreams. The fully equipped kitchen with free-standing cooking island, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and toaster allows for comprehensive self-catering. The interior is completed by a separate bathroom with a rain shower and a heart-shaped washbasin as well as a separate WC.
The outdoor area invites you to linger in the midst of nature with a spacious terrace equipped with garden furniture and parasol. The surrounding green area and your own car parking space at the house offer additional comfort and space for your personal development. The location of our holiday accommodation on the edge of the forest offers ideal conditions for long hikes and walks directly from the front door. The village centre with its charming houses, the village church and an inn is just 800 metres down the valley. There are numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the historic town of Passau (23 km), the exciting treetop walk near Kopfing (11 km), a romantic boat trip on the Danube (2 km) or the nearby Hochficht ski area (32 km).
