This quietly situated house is located on the edge of the village centre of La Livinière in the Minèrvois wine-growing region between the mountains and the sea. From here you can follow in the footsteps of the Cathars and their history, go on excursions to the Parc National du Haut Languedoc or spend a day by the sea, ideal for cycling tours and hikes. Friendly dogs are welcome. The landlady lives on the property.

Living room with dining area 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), satellite TV, sleeping possibility on open gallery (160x200cm). Well-equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, small oven with microwave function, dishwasher, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine, bath/shower towels and bed linen provided, free internet (WiFi network available).

Large terrace with garden and small summer kitchen, boules court with balls and access to the swimming pool (from approx. mid-May) for shared use. The property is fenced, offers several parking spaces and security for children and dogs.

The holiday home can also be rented for longer periods (price and duration by direct arrangement). There is electric heating in every room for the cooler months of the year. The path to the property is not paved (gravel). Please note that the tourist tax may vary depending on the period, number of persons and age and is dependent on the municipality.

In the town centre, 400 m away, you will find: a small supermarket, pharmacy and post office, a restaurant with excellent cuisine, as well as several renowned wine cellars. Further shopping facilities in: Pepieux (4.5 km) and Peyriac-Minervois (7.5 km).
