The semi-detached house is quietly located in a residential area with a beautiful garden directly at the 1st hole of the golf course and only 200 metres from the clubhouse near the beach.

The terrace is furnished and there are two swimming pools with children's pool. There is a covered parking space.

The beautiful holiday home is distributed over two floors and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed overlooking the lake in hole 1 and the other has two single beds overlooking the gardens and pools. There is a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room also offers views of the golf course. There is a cot available free of charge on request.

The beautiful sandy beach is 800 metres away and a supermarket and restaurants are 200 metres away. Directly on the promenade there is a large shopping centre with shops, cinema and restaurants.
