House situated on the southern coast of the island of Pašman, in the Čelinja bay near the NP Kornati Archipelago. Single-family house "Jure", 2 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Neviđane, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking at 50 m. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 14.2 km, pebble beach 15 m. Please note: private mooring. Access possible by off-road car up to 50 m from the house. Transfer to the house can also be arranged by house owner`s off-road car if the guests prefer to leave the car on the parking reserved by the owner's house in Neviđane. The house is also suitable for guests with own boat. Possible to rent: boat (4,6 m long, outboard engine 5 HP), on request, extra (180 EUR per week). The owner delivers groceries (on request, 15.-€ per delivery). Possibility of buying autochthonous products (olive oil, brandy, white wine - on request, extra).

Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 cm, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 34 m2, roofed, terrace 11 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea. Solar-powered energy (220 volt current, 500 W). Gas fridge, hotplates and boiler. Rain water only (cistern).
