In a good location in Vuokatti, a semi-detached house completed in 2001 on the shore of Särkinen pond in the rugged landscape of Vuokatti. An excellent holiday base in the middle of the area's diverse services. Walking distance to hobbies and restaurants.

The Katinkulma 1 apartment has a total of 75 m² of space including a loft. Spacious living room / living room with a U-shaped kitchen, dining area with a dining group for 6, a cozy fireplace adds atmosphere. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed.
