This detached single-family house is on a quiet side street within a residential estate in the Wulsdorf district and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

It is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space. There is also enough space for your own supplementary bed. The generously fitted bathroom has a corner bath, shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. A washing machine (for use free of charge) and board games are also available. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi.

The small, charmingly planted garden with a terrace and lawn is for your own exclusive use at any time. You can also use the garden furniture and a grill free of charge. You can relax here undisturbed. Your car or bicycles can be parked safely in the garage by the house. Pets are not allowed.

Long-term stays can be requested, for example for contract workers.

There are shops within walking distance about 300 metres away. The Bremerhaven Wulsdorf train station and a bus connection are 500-650 metres away. If you feel like relaxing, the wellness pool 2.6km away is an ideal place to do so. It is 3.3km to an outdoor pool during the season. The Klimahaus, Einwandererhaus, Mediterraneo, zoo by the sea, maritime museum etc. are just 5km from the house. It is also worth visiting the Bremerhaven fishing harbour 2.6km away.
