In the house: burglar alarm system. 20 m long steep motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Plage des Lecques" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. Access to the pool is via 8 steps. Access to housing is via 12 steps.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
