TWO TERRACES TO THE SOUTH AND NORTH OVERLOOKING THE GARDENS AND SWIMMING POOL, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY BREAKFAST AND THE MORNING CALM.
The ground floor of approximately 220 m² comprises the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and two three-seater sofas; next to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom; a fully-equipped kitchen with cooker, traditional oven and microwave oven; a dining room with fireplace, including 2 large tables for 12 guests. A skydome overlooks the patio with a fountain and armchairs for relaxing. A 250 m2 first floor has been converted into four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a mini bar.
