Cozy and well-equipped 43 m² holiday apartment in Levi — the perfect base for an active break or a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the ski lifts and the golf course, and only about 4 km from Levi’s center.

Completed in 2008, the ground-floor apartment has its own entrance directly from the parking area via a covered terrace.

Inside, an open-plan living room/kitchen provides a practical, comfortable space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, and the living area is a cozy spot to unwind after the day’s activities.

Bedroom 1 has a 160 cm double bed that can be split into two 80 cm singles if needed. Bedroom 2 has a 120 cm bed. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed that opens into a 140 cm sleeping place for two.

There is a separate WC, plus a second WC in the bathroom along with a shower and a washing machine. A private sauna with an electric stove crowns the holiday. Pets are welcome for a small additional fee (per pet), max. 2 per booking.

Distances: Rovaniemi 172 km, Kittilä 22 km. The building complex has an EV charging point operated via a separate app.
