Villa Emily in Ražanj on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia is the perfect holiday home for families and friends!

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three of these bedrooms have access to the balcony.
On the 2nd floor there is a further bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom including WC. Also on the 2nd floor is the fantastic roof terrace with a wonderful view over the entire bay. A private barbecue area with a traditional fireside grill ensures enjoyable experiences with marvellous views.
On the ground floor you will find the garden and courtyard with its own pool area (heated pool), sun loungers, parasols, hammock, dining table and lounge seating area.
The interior impresses on this floor with a large, open-plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cosy and comfortable moments at the large dining table or on the inviting sofa area. There is also a further guest toilet on the ground floor.
Villa Emily is just a few steps (approx. 20 metres) from the water. You cross a small alley and find direct access to the landscaped beach terraces. Experience the extraordinary, crystal clear and inviting waters of the Adriatic Sea.
The villa is located in the small and quiet fishing village of Ražanj. Ražanj belongs to the village of Rogoznica. You can reach the centre of Rogoznica from the harbour in Ražanj by boat-taxi within 10 minutes. The beautiful old town and harbour are approx. 10 km away by car.
Here you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés. A lavender labyrinth is waiting to be discovered. A very common photo motif, the Dragon's Eye Lake, is just a stone's throw away.
On the harbour promenade you will also find rental points for activities such as boat tours, diving excursions or boat/jet ski rentals.
From the villa in Ražanj, you can drive to Trogir in about 20 minutes. The beautiful old town centre of Trogir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The capital of Dalmatia - Split - can be reached in approx. 40 minutes by car.
Airports nearby: Split Airport (SPU) 24 km | Zadar Airport (ZAD) 87 km.
The easiest way to reach the villa is with your own hire car. A transfer by TAXI is also possible.
