Patio, terrace, barbecue. Motor access (1.6 km mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3.3 km, grocery 9 km, bus stop "Drossa Autopostale 454" 5 km, railway station "SBB-CFF Tilo" 8.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Museo dei fossili, Meride, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Ponte Tibetano, Monte Carasso, Foxtown Outlet, Mendrisio.
