Mäntyranta

Mäntyranta is a spacious cabin, which is suitable for a larger group or two families. The cabin offers good possibilities for fishing on the lake Rutajärvi. Leivonmäki National Park is located nearby and can be seen on the opposite shore of the lake. The cabin is modern, well-equipped and cozy place for holidays.

45 km to the south from Jyväskylä, lake Rutajarvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 2,3 km), first shallow gravel-bottomed beach then rapidly deepening, own pier, rowing boat.

Large log-built villa (2008). On the ground floor, kitchen, utility room, living room, bedroom 1: double bed 180x200 cm, WC, sauna (so-called instant ready electric sauna stove), washroom (3 showers) with hydro massage bath. Glazed terrace with spacious uncovered terrace in front.

On the upper floor, WC, three bedrooms (bedroom 1: one bed 120x200 cm, bedroom 2: two beds 80x200 cm, bedroom 3: two beds 90x200 cm), lobby with sofa bed (length 196 cm) and TV.

Garage and carport on the yard. The garage is not available to the tenant, but the carport is available.

Separate lakeside sauna with electricity, electric heating, sofa bed (140x190 cm) as an alternative bed. Washroom with cauldron for water heating, sauna room with wood-burning sauna stove. Water to the sauna must be brought by using a bucket from the lake. There is a campfire site offering a great view of the lake in front of the sauna.

Rented only to families, adult couples company use. Note! Not rented for groups of young persons under 25 years of age.
This destination can accommodate up to 8 people, including children.
The destination is available from 17.00 on the day of arrival.
The cabin has a surveillance camera system. However, the system is not used when there are tenants in the house.
