Discover the unique peace and idyll of our holiday home "Marita", located in the picturesque village of Hamswehrum in the municipality of Krummhörn, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. Approx. 2 kilometres from the North Sea coast and about 10 kilometres from the famous fishing village of Greetsiel, "Marita" offers the ideal starting point for a variety of discoveries in the region. The good connection to the city of Emden and the motorway A31, as well as the proximity to the dry beach Upleward, make our holiday home a practical and attractive holiday destination.
Inside, you will find a cosy interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are equipped with blackout blinds, most of them with external blinds, which promises you increased sleeping comfort. The underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom provides cosy warmth, while our beds are lovingly made for you and a small welcome gift awaits you. Furthermore, Internet (WLAN), Internet TV (Zattoo Premium), bed linen and towels are available to you at no extra cost, as is free use of the washing machine. An additional guest WC on the ground floor enhances the living comfort.
The outdoor area of our holiday home is characterised by a 25 square metre, covered and wind-protected terrace area, which is ideal for storing your bicycles. There is a charging facility for e-bikes. Two newly created parking spaces directly in front of the house make unloading easier and offer direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, a sun terrace with awning and beach chair, a barbecue area and a separate barbecue area with seating invite you to relax outdoors.
Nestled in beautiful surroundings, our house is a true paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Directly in the village you can experience the peaceful atmosphere at the village pond "Dopke" or visit the nearby children's playground. The surrounding area offers long cycle paths, proximity to the dyke and the Wadden Sea, as well as a newly created dry beach. Furthermore, shopping facilities, medical centres and the interesting towns of Greetsiel, Emden and Norden/Norddeich are within easy reach.
