Private: garden 750 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Bumpy motor access to 250 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Parapet height of the terrace approx. 70 cm.
