The villa is located in an exclusive and well-maintained gated residence (private property) with beautiful gardens, close to the sea with breathtaking views. Every window in the villa overlooks the sea or the gardens. The villa has its own heated swimming pool equipped with an awning for winter closure, a terrace which includes a dining area with barbecue and a relaxed sitting area with ample space for sun loungers. The villa itself has three levels. On the ground floor is a large, fully self-contained bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The first floor comprises a bedroom, en-suite bathroom, lounge, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. The second floor of the villa comprises the main 'tower bedroom' with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa is within walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and bars and the main towns are only a short drive away. Facilities: bed linen and towels, terrace, air conditioning, heating, swimming pool, the villa has free parking, located within the grounds.
