The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area LA CUERDA CABO ROIG, located in ORIHUELA COSTA 1.5 km from the beach and 500m from shopping centre, shopping centre LA ZENIA 3km away, TORREVIEJA 8km away, golf clubs 2km away, airport 45km away.

The two roof terraces are equipped with 4 sun loungers and a lounge area with room for 6 people. A small lower terrace is equipped with a table with 4 chairs. The main terrace is equipped with an oak table for 8 people with awning overlooking the pool and outdoor shower

In the open kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, frying pans, a table for 6 people, a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for 1 person, TV and hifi installation and wifi (tv vlaanderen 150 posts) There are 2 bedrooms, each with a toilet, washbasin and shower, sheets and towels are provided for you.

The sea is 1.5km from the house golf course at 2km LA ZENIA shopping centre with 150 shops at 3km Alicante 45km Murcia 30km Torrevieja 8km

There are also 4 bikes you can use for free and a weber BBQ and 4 beach chairs
