Situated on the south side of Caleta de Fuste, within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and bars. The property is part of the Golf Club Salinas Urb, with the club house only a 5 minute walk from house, so ideal for holiday makers and golfers alike.

The Villa recently underwent renovations(2020) to make a more open plan living arrangement, Kitchen, Dining and Lounge are all spacious and airy, 55” flatscreen TV, Quality fitted kitchen, high end appliances throughout. 1 x Kingsize bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 x Twin bedrooms along with a family bathroom.

For guests traveling with infants, travel crib, high chair, baby bath and changing mat are available.

The villa has a spacious upper terrace, which includes ample comfy seating and dining table seating up to 8 persons, the outside Kitchen includes BBQ, sink unit and fridge freezer, induction hot plate also available. Lower Garden includes a 3m x 6m salt water swimming pool with shower, pool temperature is maintained at 28c -29c, ample sunbeds with beach towels provided. For convenience there is also an outside WC, All areas of the exterior are illuminated well.

The Villa is situated on the Golf Club Salinas de Antigua Urb. with a mix of residential/rental villas,Beaches. bars and restaurants within an easy 15-20 min walk. Golf Club Salinas club house is an easy 5mins walk with the Golf Club Fuerteventura only a 5mins drive.
