HOLIDAYS WITH FRIENDS. My guests enjoy the marvellous view of the Nockberge mountains on the sunny side of the Turracher Höhe. Skiers have a short descent to the Zirbenwald cable car or the Nockyshuttle at their disposal. The quiet location on the edge of the forest, level access to the property's carports add to the comfort. The hiking trails start in front of the hut.
My philosophy is that I want to enhance beauty. I want my guests to feel at home in the hut. The Zirbenhütte is the Zirbenhütte and it is constantly evolving. Many guests have been coming here for many years.

Checklist for your stay at the Turracher Höhe

I look forward to your visit.
I have prepared this checklist to help you prepare for your wonderful days on the Turracher Höhe.

A N R E I S E / A B R E I S E
Arrival should be planned for 15.00 on the day of arrival.
If possible, I will receive you personally.
Please call me about one hour before arrival
Arrival at the house is possible in winter without snow chains.
The driveway will be cleared.

Departure should be by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Then the cleaning ladies will come.

EQUIPMENT:

Kitchen:
- Cooker with oven, microwave
- Cutlery, crockery and pots, pans, blender, blender jug, kettle
- Dishwasher, dishwasher tablets are available
- Fridge, There are two fridges in the ZIRBENHUETTE (one with a freezer compartment). There is a fridge with freezer compartment in the Arnika flat.
- Coffee machine with filter NESPRESSO Taps not forgotten
- Plate grill, raclette available

Bedroom, bathroom, sauna:
- Bed linen and towels are available
- Please bring your own sauna towels (large)
- Hairdryer available
- 300 litres of hot water in the two bathrooms in the ZIRBENHUETTE and 150 litres of hot water in the ARNIKA flat
- Toilet paper is available, but you may need to bring a few rolls with you

Living room:
- Sat TV, stereo system (in the ZIRBENHUETTE there is a second satellite system in the bedroom)
- Glasses and crockery are available

General:
- Toboggan available
- Parking spaces in the respective carport and next to the carport
- Snow shovels are available


Wood-burning stoves:
There are two wood-burning stoves in the ZIRBENHUETTE. There is a wood-burning stove in the Arnika flat.
Lighting aids are available,
Please dispose of the ashes on the embankment of the path opposite the driveway. (valuable raw material)

Bread service:

Stocklauser bakery, branch by the practice lift, from 7.30 to 12.00 or at weekends until 17.00
Bread, milk, butter
Please place your orders so that the delicacies are available in the branch. Delivery is still being worked on.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome and my guests, but they should take their hair back with them.

Each family fills out one or more registration forms and receives discounts on multi-day tickets for the mountain railways.

Rubbish:
There are two rubbish containers for residual waste in the small carport.
Paper can be incinerated, glass can be collected in a rubbish bag and disposed of by me.
Alternative: Dispose of glass and packaging material at the rubbish tip on the country road
towards Kornockbahn (large wooden building on the left-hand side) before the Turracher Höhe signpost.

Piste butler:
You can use the free service of the piste butler.

Transport:
The Nockyskibus
The Nocky Express shuttle service operates on the Turracher Höhe so that you can leave your car parked during your holiday.
There is a stop right in front of the house. Timetable on the white board.

Smoke-free (heit)
Smoking is not permitted in the respective properties. However, ashtrays are available
