This very cosy village house is located in a pedestrian street in the beautiful white Andalusian village of Comares. From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the Sierra Tejeda and the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. You stay in a typical Andalusian village and if you wish you can contact the locals. From Comares you can visit all the highlights of Andalusia with a day trip. The roof terrace with beautiful views over the nature surrounding Comares is an ideal place to enjoy the surroundings while enjoying a drink or a snack. There is a table with 4 chairs and parasol and there is lighting. There is also a covered intermediate terrace which is ideal for drying clothes. There is ample FREE public parking nearby. The public swimming pool is open in July and August. It is accessible on foot and the entrance fee is inexpensive. Casa Bonita is a semi-detached house but very quiet and at the same time close to restaurants, shops and hiking trails.Casa Bonita has been lovingly decorated by Pilar and Alfredo. They have made it a really cosy nest. It is the ideal base for day trips to Malaga, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba or the famous Caminodel Rey in Ardales. In Comares there are restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!), a pharmacy, a cash machine and a doctor every morning. For sports enthusiasts there is also plenty to do, the biggest Tiroliña in Spain is just outside the village with 3 via ferratas and the possibility of sliding along long cables to the mountain opposite. There is a paddle tennis court and the whole area invites for hiking, mountain biking or cycling and there is a playground for children. Casa Bonita is divided as follows: ground floor: living room with dining area, mezzanine: kitchen, first floor: bathroom and bedroom, mezzanine: bedroom 2, first floor: terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, washbasin, toilet and here is also the washing machine. The cosy living room is furnished with a dining area and pellet cooker and an excellently equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment. The house also has A/C and free wifi. Bed, bath and kitchen linen as well as final cleaning are included in the rent. If you rent for a full month, you will receive a discount on the normal price.
