For shared use: natural state property 3'400 m2. Private: garden furniture. Available: boat (extra). Motor access (1.6 km via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Gärdsjö" 500 m, railway station "Rättvik" 7 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 680 km, sandy beach 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Table for fish gutting with running water available.
