This continuously renovated roof-only house (corner plot approx. 450 m²) in the North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula is located in a quiet holiday home complex just a few minutes' walk from the North Sea dyke, the green beach, the North Sea lagoon, the lido and the play barn and is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Fully equipped small fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with separate dining area and cosy sitting area. From the living room, where the large TV (55 inch) and a DVD player ensure that you won't be bored even in bad weather, you can access the beautiful 25 m² terrace.
First floor: Two double bedrooms and a bedroom in the attic, which is only accessible via a steep ladder. There is also a baby cot in one of the bedrooms.
The large garden is surrounded by an evergreen, dense natural hedge, is difficult to see into and invites you to play or laze around. Two car parking spaces are available on the property.
The centre of the North Sea resort of Burhave, the largest town on the Butjadingen peninsula on the southern North Sea, offers plenty of variety with numerous shops and restaurants and is also within easy walking distance.
