Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "La Merangola" 14 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 20 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Chiusi 9 km, Panicale 11 km, Città Della Pieve 17 km, Cetona 18 km, Cortona 30 km, Perugia 45 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
