Semi-detached house apartment completed in 2012 in the Vuokatti ski resort, near the main lift station and hiking trails.
The area of the cottage is 110 m² on three floors. On the middle floor there is a spacious kitchen / living room, separate toilet and bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Normal stairs to the loft (the loft is low, max 160 cm), with 4 separate beds (2 wider and 2 x 80 cm). On the entrance floor there is a hallway, utility room with a sofa bed, a shower, toilet and a sauna with an electric heater. In addition, there is access to a storage / maintenance room.
As child equipment, a high chair, travel bed, potty and safety gates on the stairs (upper and lower part). Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, ski slope 150 m, cross-country ski track 100 m. Nearest beach 2 km.
The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, until 12 noon on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. No pets.
Linen available for an additional fee.
Final cleaning is included in the prices.
